The role of perceived usefulness in moderating the relationship between the DeLone and McLean model and user satisfaction

The aim of this paper is to examine one the most crucial factors in “Technology Acceptance Model” proposed by Davis (perceived usefulness) moderating “DeLone and McLean” success model context educational portal Higher Education. Questionnaires were distributed online 200 respondents deserved be analyzed. regular students at University Bengkulu. Data analysis used Smart-PLS version 3.2.9. research findings indicated an influence “system quality, information service quality partially on user satisfaction” systems. result shows that perceived usefulness can strengthen relationship between system satisfaction customer.
